I Can't Thank You Enough

I have a thank-you card to share with you today that makes use of a security envelope liner! I recently had a large envelope delivered in the mail, and after I removed the contents, I decided the envelope liner was a great design to use for a card - and this is the result of that recycled item. I die cut some Lawn Fawn tags and added a die-cut SU! sentiment, wrapping 2 different Washi Tapes behind the white tag. I added some matching twines and a red card base to finish this one.

I'm sharing this over at Pixies Snippets Playground #197, as well as the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge which is "anything goes."

Thanks for checking in today, and I wish you a fabulous week ahead!

Carol

It's a lovely card Carol. You certainly had to use the inside of that envelope. It looks really good and I love your tag. Great idea using the two washi tapes on it. Barbxx

Look at you recycling! I am quite impressed, my friend. Love the way that you put the tag together, also. Everything is just perfect!

Really neat card! I used to cut up that paper into strips to use with my Iris folding patterns. Never thought to use the liners for a background...great idea...thanks for the inspiration.

A super card made with the recycled envelope liner. I love the way the washi tape and twines match so well with the great colour scheme.

You have such a good mind to even see the lining of the envelope and picture it on a card. It made such a great background for this very nice card. Enjoy the day.

Gosh envelope linings? I had forgotten all about the availability of them, what a fabulous card you have made with it.

I just love this! Black and white and red and all those fun patterns. I've seen some really nice security liners but it isn't like I want for papers.
