March Mid-month Throwdown

The OWH mid-month throwdown is to make patriotic cards using the colors of red, white, and blue. They used one of my previously posted sketch cards as a sample for this challenge, and I'm very honored to have one of my cards spotlighted!
Today I've made several cards using red, white, and blue, but I also added some kraft to the mix. I used a Simon Says Stamp star parade die, and cut one from each color, which allowed me to make 3 cards and interchange the negatives. I added a SU! punched star to the largest star, and added 3 word window tabs with some assorted negative stars and hearts from previous border die cuttings. Finally, I added the Hero Arts stamped sentiment which gets used quite often on my OWH cards.

Here's the group of cards. They're the same design, but each one is slightly different with the colors.

Thanks for stopping by, and thanks to OWH for featuring my card for the March throwdown!

Now go have yourself a great day and why not make some red, white, and blue cards for OWH if you have time? Those serving our country appreciate them!

Carol

Hi, Carol.

What a treat to see one of your cards featured on S&S! Congrats!

Great idea to swap out all of the die-cut pieces to create these three cards. Love your use of that SU word window punch. :)
