The Simon Says Stamp challenge this week is to use watercolors. I began with a piece of watercolor paper, and scribbled it with watercolor crayons, then used a wet brush to move the colors to create a beach scene. I stamped some birds and silhouette images from SNSS, adding footprints in the sand with a borrowed stamp set from my friend Mary Anne. For the final touch, I matted with cool caribbean and black cardstock, and added a SU! sentiment.

I like the really thin layered borders on this card. What the heck, I LOVE the whole card, not just the borders. It is a peaceful scene.
