Teabag Folding

I have a card today that I'm entering into the Tuesday Throwdown #216 which has a theme of "button it up." I did some teabag folding out of some much-loved snippets of retired dsp from Basic Grey. (You can find a tutorial for teabag folding by Googling it) The button in the center was done with a MS button punch in 2 layers for strength to hold the flower together, and I added some neutral twine to the center. The sentiment is from SU! and I hand-cut the banner ends using a hexagon punch.

I'm also sharing this over at the Snippets Playground #145.

Thanks for spending a few minutes of your day with me, I love having you!
Best wishes for a wonderful day!

and now.......back to finish painting the bathroom :)

  7. Good point to mention videos to learn to do teabag folding. I knew a lady who did it a lot teabag folding and I asked her to show me some. She agreed but it turned out that she didn't like to share her knowledge. Crazy stuff. I like the look of teabag folding but don't think of it. Great card.
