I made this Halloween card with a pre-colored digital image stamp by Deedee Anderson called "Goody Jar." I "filled" the jar with candy corn, then printed and heat-embossed the entire image with clear detail ep. I fussy-cut the jar, tying 3 coordinating colors of twine around the neck with SU! tiny tags. The bats were done with a stamp by Judith, and the sentiment was computer generated. The dsp is Bazzill Basics while the orange, yellow and black were snippets from my stash.
I followed the OWH sketch #239 for this card, although it won't be heading to OWH since the Halloween deadline has passed. I'll save this one for my DGD instead. I'll also be sharing this over at the Snippets Playground #142.
Here's another card I made with Deedee's Goody Jar set. I used a different jar here - one with a pretty fabric top. I put the goldfish inside and colored in some water with Copics, then added some peppermint candies just for fun. The dsp is by GinaK and I omitted a sentiment since this looked good without one. This one will be going in my next OWH box because I'm sure there are lots of kiddos out there who have goldfish and would enjoy receiving this!
The September Digi of the Month challenge is still going on over at Deedee's Blog, and you have time to play along and earn the October digi of the month completely free!! You can also snag this month's digi for a reduced price as long as the challenge is active, and then it goes back to the regular price. Check the details right here. Deedee also posted a great tutorial for working with digis that helped me put these cards together today! Knowing these details makes working with digi images so much more fun! Thanks Deedee!
And thank you for stopping by today - I wish you a perfect Sunday!

Both are fantastic! Love the fish in the jar one with all the little peppermints. Of course candy corn is my very favorite candy - and the reason I look forward to Halloween- so gotta love that one as well! Two great cards Carol.
