Unity "Pick your Poison" Be Inspired Challenge

I've been making Halloween cards lately and wanted to enter Unity's monthly "Be Inspired" challenge since I recently won this great unity bat image stamp! The challenge gives many options for playing along as you'll see below. I chose the sketch, flipping it on it's side, and also used the Halloween inspirational photo and color scheme. The bat was heat embossed using clear detail ep and colored with Fluorescent Copics. I love that little hexagon detail on his wing :) I added some papers from my stash, some mini brads, polka dot ribbon and a spider done with a MS punch. I didn't have any Halloween sentiment stamps, so I used some stickers from my scrapbooking stash. The word "boo" has a couple googlie eyes, and all the way over to the right is the word "eek!" The stickers are silver and didn't show up very well in the photo. I have plenty of alpha stickers left, but unfortunately all the black "E's" are gone! lol

Thanks for checking in today and I wish you a wonderful weekend!

Carol

Oh, this is so cute....fun image. I'm thinking that bat my just take out that spider. :-) I'm glad Halloween is on Friday night this year...wish it could be every year.

Hi Carol! I see you're digging out the cute Halloween stuff! I love your Boo with the eye balls! I have trouble making Halloween cards in August and then when I am in the mood, it's a little too late to send them to OWH so I end up saving them for a year...... lol

Loving those wonderful colors of Halloween! I actually have that same bat stamp - may have to get it out now and see what I can come up with. Love the fun spider too.

Ka-YUTE! My DH will love this one too. Love the orange and green glow combo. Mike's had some nice large H'ween stamps and we got 2 Friday with 2 coupons. Love the google eye details too. Have missed several posts so as soon as I can get 'caught up' I'll be back to check out these cuties. I know I'll get some good ideas! We need to get crackin on the holiday boo cards. TFS & Hugs
