The challenge over at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday is "Spots & Dots." This card has polka dots and embossed dots, so I think it fits the challenge:)
I borrowed this LSG stamp set from my friend Mary Anne because it just cracked me up! I used all snippets of dsp and cardstock from my stash, along with some Copics for coloring and 3 black candi dots. I kept this card simple because the hilarious sentiment & image are probably all this one needed!
I'm also taking this snippet creation over to the Snippets Playground #133 for a few more chuckles :)
