Here are my cards for the Rudolph Day April Christmas card challenge. You're only supposed to make 2 cards, but I made 5, since I picked up a 6-pack of these pretty gold sentiment stickers for $1 at a recent scrapbook/stamp expo. I decided to make cards with different colors of cardstock and the Spellbinder's Poinsettia die. This one is vanilla cardstock with a cherry cobbler poinsettia and olive leaves.
Here's one done in olive with a vanilla flower.
Black card base with a real red poinsettia...
chocolate chip with real red poinsettia with the flower sponged in chocolate chip ink...
And finally, the real red card base with a white poinsettia. I added some pale green and pink colors to the flower & leaves with Copic markers. All flower centers were done with gold dew drops I've had in my stash forever. I still have one more gold sticker left in the pack, so I'll have to come up with another color combination for that. I also bought a pack of silver stickers exactly like this, so I'll be making blue snowflake cards with them one day soon.
Thanks for stopping by and have yourself a wonderful day!
Carol

Oh my! Gorgeous cards all 4. All so very pretty and though they are the same, they are so different. Isn't it wonderful how color changes everything? Happy Rudolph Day!
Oh my gosh, Carol, those poinsettias are absolutely STUNNING!!! Such a beautiful set of cards!
Wow Carol they are ALL beautiful. Amazing poinsettias.
Hi Carol - well I just ADORE these very pretty poinsettia cards in the different colours.
You can make as many festive cards as you like for RUDOLPH DAY but 2 is the MINIMUM! I've made 4 this month - so you've beaten me!
Thanks for joining in with Rudolph Day.
Hugs, Sarn xxx
They are all beautiful, Can't pick a favorite color combo. I like those stickers and can't wait to see a snowflake with the silver version. You've been a very busy lady, I see.
Have a crafty Friday.
All so pretty! This time you are NOT an enabler...(you know how many times I had to go purchase products you used either seeing the fabulous cards you made with them) At least not in the purchasing part. I already have the die you used...but...I have not actually used it yet...LOL! Instead you have encouraged me to get it out and actually use it...Thanks for the inspiration!
Poinsettias are THE Christmas flower and my choice of plants for that time of year. Excellent work. They are all very pretty.
Gorgeous poinsettia cards, Carol. You'll have all your Christmas cards made before I even get started. :-)
Oh my Carol, these cards are stunning! Love the sticker sentiment and of course I love, love, love the poinsettia flowers. I think I need to look for this SB die. lol Oh yes, I love these cards!!! Can't wait to see the snowflake ones. Hugs
Oh my gosh! So beautiful and elegant, each and every one of them. I recently saw the Spellbinders poinsettia die and though that it looked like the best looking poinsettia die I've seen. Now you've proven that! And of course I didn't pick it up.
Wow oh Wow, so simple and yet so effective. Caz from Cardz 4 Guyz.
I adore poinsettias and yours are GORGEOUS! Love the dimension!
Really pretty cards but absolutely love the white poinsettia ones xx Jan
Oh My! What richness - 5 cards. Each one just as pretty as can be. Loved seeing this beautiful poinsettia set off by the different colors on the flowers combined with the pretty colors of each cardbase. Great use of the fab buy on the sentiment stickers too. Looks great on your beautiful cards. TFS & hope your Sunday is going great. Hugs
Oh my gosh! You take the prize for a full house of cards today! These look fab. Love this flower die...I have it too and just love it.
I think my fave is the one with the red poinsettia sponged with chocolate ink!
These are just stunning, love the assortment of the poinsetters.
