The Shopping our Stash challenge #SOS134 is to make a "Miss you" card. I used a Hero Arts stamp set & sentiment to put this together, along with a Hero Arts embossing folder. I added pink & red accents from scraps in my stash, and put it on a kraft card base, adding some brass colored brads. This clock face was stamped a while ago and never used, so today I finally made a card with it. This is the kind of card I like to send to OWH, and that's where this one is headed. {Hopefully the picture will come into focus if you click to enlarge it}

ReplyDeleteThe focus is fine on my monitor, and I love this clockface. Your chevron embossing sets this image off to a perfect T. You could submit this over at http://pixiescraftyworkshop.blogspot.com/2014/01/pixies-snippets-playground-week-107.html (aka the snippet Playground) since you have snippets on it. Love it! The pink, red and brown are a good color combo. I'll have to check out this challenge as "miss you" always puts my brain in a totally different place than the rest of you.
