I made this for the Shopping our Stash #130 challenge which is a tic-tac-toe grid. I used the top line straight across which is "brads, ribbon, & tags." Look closely, and you'll see 2 mini brads on the bee's antennae :) The lower portion was stamped and clear embossed with an IO background stamp on gold cardstock, and after stamping, I took a Copic marker and randomly filled in the hexes with a little color to look more like real honeycomb. I used wooden $1 stamps to spell out "happy" and punched them with a SU! jewel tag, stringing them up on some black twine. The top panel is Bazzill Basics dsp and I added a gray grosgrain ribbon to the center. The word "bee" was done with my Quickutz, and the pre-colored bee image was done with SB squares and scalloped squares. I added some orange spica glitter pen accents to the bee's nose, "hands" and "feet." If anyone knows who's cute digi image this is, please let me know in a comment, and I'll give proper credit. I've had it in my files for some time and there's no name attached to it unfortunately.
Thanks for buzzing by, now go make it a great day!!

Carol, you've created such a fun, adorable card. The honeycomb looks great and I love those little brads on the antennae. It's fun how you spelled out your sentiment. It's a very cheerful card..love it!
This is a bee-utiful card. I love how the honeycomb area came out. That with the checkered top make for great background for this cute bee. I have no idea who it is by, sorry I can't help. The love way you strung your "happy". Are you getting snow tomorrow? I figured you must be getting some because we are getting it Saturday night and Sunday around 6". Enjoy your day today. Be Happy
How cute to add the brads to the antennae! TOO CUTE!!! Love that banner too. So precious!

Your cute bee is just as sweet as he can be. Love the tiny brads on the antenna. Thought it was pearls until I read the post. Loved the way you colored in the honeycomb too.. and those adorable tags! Just a fun card that will bring a smile to the recipient's face when the envelope is opened. TFS & Merry Christmas.
This is adorable and your papers are so perfect for this cute little bee.
That's adorable! I love the brads on the antennae! And colouring in a few hexies...such a subtle thing but huge impact. Thanks so much for playing with us at Shopping our Stash this week!
