Chevrons & Hexagons

I combined the Stars and Stamps midweek throwdown to make "friendship cards" along with the sketch challenge #186 to come up with this card. Of course I tweaked the sketch a bit to accommodate a smaller image panel, but that's just how I roll. I've had this strip of camouflage-colored hexagons sitting on my table for a while and thought it worked well for this week's sketch. I added a scrap of paper from DCWV and 3 tiny hexagons left over from a die cut hex border. The large hexagon sentiment is from SU! six-sided sampler and that's all there was to this masculine friendship card.

With all of the left-over snippets I used on this card, I'm entering it into Pixies Crafty Snippets Playground #86 too.

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by to say "hello!"
