Friday Friends with Flair

Here's my card for Unity's Friends with Flair challenge. I stamped the background with versamark and embossed it with silver ep, then used Copics to add an "ombre" look. I used a Unity stamp set called "Sending my Love" & cut a little slit in the mailbox to hold the little cards. I added some matching ribbon to the mailbox post along with some stickles accents to the butterflies, cards, and flowers for a little sparkle. This card went out to Maddy, and you can read about her story here.

Thanks for stopping by, and I wish you a happy Friday!

  10. These little letters are all ready to head off to Maddy and won't she be thrilled to receive them. The ombre look is stunning and the coloring and ribbon just help to make this card unforgettable. I do hope you have an enjoyable weekend and get some good weather so you can get outside. I bought a couple more flowers today but it started to downpour and I could not get them planted. It looks like I won't get them planted until Sunday afternoon. They are calling for a washout tomorrow. Hope you weather is a bit nicer than ours.
