Ombre`

The OWH Stars and Stamps midweek throwdown is to create a card using the "ombre` technique. I used 5 BG color coordinated Copics to add the ombre` colors on the background, image, and sentiment panel. The background was heat embossed with white ep using a Hero Arts lattice background stamp, and I just added & blended the colors from dark to light. The clock image is from MFP and was embossed with clear detail ep after stamping with versafine onyx black ink. I added color with matching Copics, and did the Studio Calico sentiment panel the same way, using a SB ribbon tag die. I added 3 gold nailhead stickers for the final touch.
Time really does fly, and it's hard to imagine we're nearing the end of March already! I hope the warm spring weather soon arrives soon! Have yourself a fine day and thanks so much for stopping by!

Carol, great card. Time does fly by doesn't it? I love the BG colors they are so very pretty and they look good with your embossing. You even colored the sentiment panel and it looks striking with the black ribbon and matting. Like the gems. Have a great day.
