A Heartfelt Thank You

Today I'm sharing a thank-you card I sent out recently but didn't want to post until the recipient received it. That's happened, so here goes.....

I made this with one of those fabulous dies I won from Simon Says Stamp and used all dsp from the DCWV Linen Closet paper pad. I added some scalloped borders done with 2 different SNSS dies, and a few hearts done with the SU! owl punch. All it needed was a bit of vanilla ribbon and this card was done!

The lines weren't too long for voting this morning, so I'm glad I was in and out of there in a relatively short time. It will be such a welcomed relief to no longer have to endure all the campaigning.......at least for another 4 years :) Have a great Tuesday and thanks for stopping by!

Carol, the color and that beautiful DP are so pretty. Love the big "thank you" and the scallops too! Fabulous card and I'm sure whoever it was sent to, loved it!

Love that die and I am sure you will get great use from it! It makes a super focal point for a card!

We vote by mail in ballots here in Oregon so it makes it easy!

Nicely done card, Carol. I spotted your pic so I had to go hunting to see where you found it, so I could post it too. Smile...

Carol, real pretty colors in this card and your little hearts look so sweet sitting there above your heartfelt sentiment. We did not have too much trouble voting either. There were tons of people, but it was very well organized and everything moved right along which was great b/c Jack still suffering from his cold. He goes back to work today just in time for the next storm and working all those terrible hours.

Very pretty and so sweet, Carol.

Oh, you know they'll start campaigning for the next Presidential election in 2 years. They can't wait to get started. Ugh!
