Sending Love to OWH

Here's the sketch for this week's OWH #143 challenge that's being sponsored by Tonic Studios.

I used 4 Memory Box Woodland Branch diecuts for the diagonal panels, adding hearts from the SU! owl punch to the branches. The sentiment is from the SNSS Christmas Tags set, and the double heart punch at the bottom is by Tonic. Quick and simple, although I'm thinking I should have added something to the top for some balance. Card stock is early espresso and dusty pink from my stash.

Wishing you all a wonderful Sunday, and thanks for stopping by!

Carol

Love this! Those branches are perfect for the diagonal stripes in the sketch. And I love the additions of the tiny red hearts. Great job with this weeks sketch!

Carol, I don't think it needs anything up at the top - pretty well perfect just as is. Love the little hearts on this - great way to use the hearts from that punch too!

I agree that nothing more is needed on this card - I think the white space at the top allows your eye to be drawn down to the cute stamped hearts and sentiment at the bottom. The result is beautiful!

Absolutely gorgeous! Your take on this sketch just blows me away. I have a somewhat similar die but would not have thought to use it for strips in a million years. I think it's perfect just the way it is!
