The CAS-ual Fridays CFC71 challenge is "Fall Fun."
And I used this long-neglected G Studio apple stamp I've had forever to make my card. When I think of Autumn, I always think of those fresh, crisp apples picked right off the trees. After coloring with Copics, I covered them with glossy accents and added some dazzling diamonds glitter to add a little sparkle. The tiny acorns were done with an EK border punch, and are only there to cover up a big smudge! LOL You'd think I'd know by now to wipe my stamp block before stamping, but I keep making that same mistake again and again. Oh well, the tiny acorns are keeping with the autumn theme too, so I guess it works. The borders were done with a SU! fancy scallops punch in rust colored cardstock. The sentiment was masked from this SNSS stamp set.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great Wednesday!

Cute card, Carol. And Yes, I do the same thing all the time...forget to check my stamp for smudges before I stamp. If you hadn't told us I would never guessed. smile...Hope you have a great day, Hugs, Jill
Carol, those apples look so juicy and yummy. Just a super adorable CAS card. I hear you about wiping off that block before stamping...been there, done that. Thank goodness for little acorns.
What an adorable card, Carol! I love the shimmer on the apples and can relate to the "cover up!"
Sorry, if this is old news to you or you're not interested, but this would be a cute card to submit to Susan Raihala's 2012 Gratitude Campaign. I don't know how to do a linkie in comments, but you can find her by Googling "simplicity by late blossom."
LOVE this beautiful CAS design, Carol. The apples look awesome with the dazzling diamond glitter and the perfect little shadow below.
Apples always remind me of the autumn too Carol and I love your crisp looking three with their touch of sparkle. The acorns make a nice little touch so it was a happy accident!
Soooo cute cute cute!!!
It works GREAT!!! Love the shine on these little apples! CAS and wonderful.

Your CAS design is as fresh as those crisp apples! Smudge, fudge.... those acorns belong there.
Carol, CAS and beautiful and those lovely little acorns are doing a wonderful job of hiding any boo boo you may have made. We took our trip to Maine yesterday and stopped at an apple orchid. It was fun. We also got some apple cider donuts which we did not need but loved. LOL Have a great day.
Absolutely delightful!! I love love the glitter. And you made me want to reach out to a fresh apple now....YUM! So glad that you join the fun with us at CAS-ual Fridays!
