Merry Monday 26

I played along with the sketch from this week's Merry Monday Challenge #26...

And I've added another Christmas card to my stash {yay!}. I spent the better part of yesterday stamping and crafting with my sweet friend Mary Anne and she shared this beautiful blue GinaK cardstock with me, so I couldn't wait to make a card with it. {hugs and huge thanks again Mary Anne!} I also "borrowed" her daughter's SU! Tags til Christmas stamp set to create the ornament which was embossed in silver. The sentiment is from SU! Contempo Christmas, also embossed with silver & done on a SB grommet tag. The embossed background was done with a Sizzix snow globe ef.

It's very cool here in PA, having gone down to 54 over night, so I'm heading outdoors to take advantage of the comfortable temps and pull some weeds. NOT fun :)

Another beauty!! Love the embossed area and yes, that blue is just gorgeous! Very pretty, Carol.

Don't even talk about how cool it is there....we're suppose to be back up to 104/105 today! Yikes!

Carol, so very pretty and festive. That is a beautiful shade of blue. It's nice to have such caring, giving friends, isn't it? I'm sure Mary Anne feels the same about you. We are also having cooler weather here, but be careful about pulling those darn weeds. It can kill your back, take it from one who knows. Talk Soon
