Tropical Colors for a Freshly Made Sketch

I combined the OWH Stars & Stamps mid-week throwdown to use tropical colors with the great Freshly Made Sketch challenge #35 and came up with this card...

I dug into my stash and used some cardstock from a very old ColorBok carnival pad I bought from QVC when they were still selling crafting supplies. The dsp is a retired piece from SU!, and I embossed the 3 white panels with an older Cuttlebug ef, adding an assortment of colored brads. The sentiment is by Northwoods and the scalloped border was done with a SU! punch.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and here's wishing you all a wonderful spring day!

Carol

Hi Carol! I love those little embossing folders and your card looks really terrific with the way you had them change direction and with the brads. Great card!

Very creative, Carol! I never understood why they stopped selling crafts. The stuff sold out faster than you could blink, most of the time. You had to have the phone programed on redial!
