I've really been enjoying playing along with the Shopping our Stash challenges, because I've been digging into my collection of unloved items and actually using them! This card is for the SOS #48 challenge to make a card with a theme of April showers, rain, snow, or anything water-related.
I stamped this image at a stamp meet I attended well over a year ago, and it was perfect for this challenge, but I don't know who makes it, sorry. I colored it with Copics & added glossy accents to the puddles, raindrops, boots, and umbrella which looks better IRL.
April showers bring May flowers, but most of my flowers have already bloomed, except for the peonies!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!
Carol

Very cute! Precious image and love his orange boots! Isn't it nice using up "stuff" that we forget we have!

Carol, So very cute!!! I love that image and the way your colored him. Fantastic idea to put the hearts on your corner punch. Great papers and embossing. Enjoy your day.
Cute as can be, Carol. Good job using the old, neglected items.
Everything early Spring has bloomed here, too. Now, we'll just have to get the summer annuals in the ground and have another show. I do have some, but not many, summer perennials that bloom.
Carol, this card is terrific! That bear looks like he's been here today. Lots of rain and puddles!!
Adorable, Carol, I starting to use up some of the images I stamped a year ago. there's just not enough hours in a day...smile...
Cute image! Love your clever idea to put glossy accents on the puddles, drops and boots! So happy you joined us this week at Shopping Our Stash!
