Here's the inspirational photo for this week's Moxie Fab Fancy Schmancy Tuesday trigger challenge.
And here's the card I made. I went with a CAS design, using a SNSS Scalloped border die and SU!'s square lattice ef. I chose PTI Berry Sorbet cardstock and saddle-stitched ribbon, along with Close to Cocoa and Early Espresso card stocks. I cut 3 borders from all 3 colors, and swapped out the tiny punches with alternate colors just for a little interest. The sentiment is from the Sincere Salutations set from SU! and that's all there was to it! I made a few more cards like this for my next OWH box, because I like the simple design. I'll share them another day.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you add a touch of "fancy schmancy" to your lives soon :)

"Fancy Schmancy" is just sparkling and cheery. Carol, this is wonderful. The dark brown cutouts look so nice agains the Close to Cocoa. Very nice card and some heroes' family member will be very happy to rceive this one. Good thing you did a few because the heroes may have their own little fight over this one. LOL. Enjoy the rest of your day.
