I made this for the OWH Stars & Stamps sketch challenge #77. I tweaked the sketch and omitted 3 smaller elements because the medallion I made was just too busy to add more. I used some retired SU! dp for the medallion and pinwheel. Sentiment is by MFP and the borders were done with a MS arch lattice punch. Nestabilites used were Lotus, circles, scalloped circles and a SU! scalloped punch.

Carol, This is beautiful. I love every aspect of it: colors, punches, etc. You put a lot of thought and energy into making this one, which is the norm for you. I so enjoy your creations. I just can't wait until I finish everything outside so I can get back to putting more effort into my cards. I'm on the last step this week. Staining the deck. I'll send pictures soon.
