Here's a card I made for the Crazy4Challenges#2 sketch found here. This one is going to a life-long friend of mine who will undergo a double mastectomy/reconstructive surgery within the next week. She's facing this with a positive attitude and a remarkable spirit, but I want to send a little personal encouragement of my own.
I embossed the squares with a Cuttlebug ef, and used Nesties label 4 for the main panel, embossing the smaller one with another Cuttlebug ef. The velvet ribbon was in my stash, and the little acrylic flower is by CTMH. Dsp and cardstock are by SU Pretty in Pink, and I used scraps of morning mist gray cardstock. The sentiment stamp is by Hero Arts and was stamped in Basic Gray.
Thanks for stopping by and if you get time, check the Crazy4Challenges blog and play along. You'll find lots of inspiration there!! Enjoy your weekend!
