Good Monday Morning everyone :) I woke up to a very dreary rainy day here, but the weather kept me indoors, so I got back to making another card. This is for the Mojo Monday #85 challenge, and you can find that on the sidebar if you want to play along. Julee always gives us great sketches to work with, and this month there are prizes involved, so give it a shot and play along!
I went with pinks and browns this week simply because I had the pink & brown cardstocks lying on my table. I scored the pink panel with a Scor-pal, and embossed it with a Cuttlebug embossing folder. I created the scalloped border with a corner rounder and punched holes in it afterward. The swirls on the top right corner were made with a stamp from the Sweet Pea set by Flourishes and embossed in dark brown ep. The sentiment panel stamp by Verve was also embossed with the dark brown ep. A few punched ferns and branches, primas and bling, and the card was done!
Thanks for stopping by and have yourself a really good day!
