The sketch challenge this week had a twist to use a backgrounder stamp. I love the SU! stitched backgrounder, so I went with that one. I embossed the chocolate cardstock with pink EP and embossed the pink panel with chocolate EP. The sketch had a rounded panel on the end of a rectangle and this one stumped me for a while, until I pulled out my long-neglected coluzzle and rounded that end off. I embossed the sentiment in Chocolate EP and framed it with a negative scrap I had in my stash. A few punched borders and pearls later, this card came to life. That fabulous ribbon you see was a gift from Heidi some time ago, and I've been hoarding it because it's so gorgeous. This whole card began with that beautiful piece of ribbon, so thank-you again Heidi for that!
Thank you to everyone for your sweet and thoughtful comments all the time. Heidi and I really appreciate your feedback. I'd like to personally thank AmberDawn for this incredible honor and recognition as well. I'm feeling very lucky and fortunate today, and that's a great feeling!
Have a wonderful weekend!
