Two Challenge Cards

Here's my card for the Simon Says Stamp "Tag-it" challenge. I've had this pre-printed tag in my stash for a decade or more. It came on a sheet of punch-out tags and I'm trying to use these items in my cardmaking since I no longer do layouts. I added some crochet trim to dress up the tag a little bit, and added a cute Art Impressions chihuahua image with a geo sparkler teardrop sticker. The medallion was cut from a scrap of pale green cardstock, while the inside is a piece of Blushing Bride dsp. The twine is by Whisker Graphics from an awesome prize package I won from them recently. The sentiment is by Casual Friday stamps.

I'm also entering this into the Snippets Playground #114.

Here's my card for the Tuesday Morning Sketch challenge #239. I used a free, pre-colored digi image from Blackberyjelly that struck my funny bone :) I added some glitter pen accents to the carrots, a cottonball tail, and a computer generated sentiment. The ribbon is from Pizzazz Aplenty and the embossing was done with a Sizzix powdered sugar ef.

Have a fabulous Friday and thanks for stopping by today!

Carol

Love the tag card and pooch. How cute is that. That bunny is a fun image. The orange stripes really help set up the image perfectly.

Awwww....your little doggie is just too sad but that next card with the bunny tail is so fun. They're both super adorable, Carol.

Hope you're having some better weather by now.

Two super duper CUTE cards! Rambo is a very special dog but how could anyone not love this little cutie! He's precious on the tag and really like how you added the crochet trim. Beautiful colors too.
The rabbit! What can I saw except adorable!!!

Darling, Darling, Darling, both of them. I love the ear drop from the chihuahua. Those two shades of pink and green look so nice and soft together. Your second card is a cute as can be. You made the perfect sentiment for it as well. Have a crafty day today.

Two great cards. Great idea to use up a tag...funnily enough I have been thinking of ways to use up tags too. I was thinking of blitzing it and making up a dozen tag cards all at once! lol

The bunny card steals the show with this cute image that makes you want to have a giggle! The design of this one is great too!

Love your doggie images you show. #1 is cute with his little face, and great use of that tag. #2 struck my funnybone too, 'specially with the fuzzy tail and that bright pop of orange. Perfect with the pretty EF. You did super with using up your VOS too. Well done Carol. TFS & Hugs.
