Encouragement

I made this card with 3 snippets of pastel cardstock and a WeRMemory Keepers gemstone embossing folder. I placed each embossed piece on a white card base and then added a die-cut MB Arborscello tree and added a few tiny bluebirds done with an IO set of bird dies. The sentiment is by SU!

I will share this with the following challenges:

The Alphabet Challenge- E is for Embossing wet or Dry

Can You Handle the Pressure? - Use an embossing folder
with an optional twist of using fruits or vegetables

the Allsorts Challenge #783- Lots of layers or anything goes

I have no clue why I can no longer link the blog post directly on the text from each challenge, but when I try to do it as I've always done it, it adds a 2nd link, so I've had to put the links underneath the descriptions. I've had a lot of issues with my computer in the previous day and clearly it's still not all resolved.

Thanks for stopping by and make it a great weekend too!

Carol

  1. I think from what some of the girls on teams have said this week that Blogger has a few issues, fingers crossed I've not encountered any (yet)but what you mention may well be part of it.

The embossing folder is very effective with the faceted design and those layers perfect at Allsorts this week, many thanks for joining us.

  5. A lovely pastel coloured card, such a pretty tree with the bluebirds and the embossing is just right (unusual too). I've been having problems with the linking tool on Blogger when I try to do it in the usual way. I get a repeat of the 'link' words show up within the post - one as I entered it and a second in highlighted text. I've been editing out the word(s) I used for the link, leaving in the highlighted one inserted by Blogger and it seems to work. I hope this makes sense - difficult thing to explain 🙄. Another new problem seems to have appeared as well if you want to change the size of your photo - it doesn't work now and the photo stays the same size instead of changing to what you tick.

I think Blogger have a few glitches at the moment. Quite a few of us seem to be having problems with a couple of editing things.
