Today I have a card put together with snippets of papers and cardstock bits. I used an assortment of dies and punches to create the pail filled with flowers, stems, and a bow. The flower centers were dotted with black Nuvo drops and the butterflies (cut with a very old SU! die) were dotted with tiny gemstones. I used leftover strips of dsp from Sunny Studios and the SNSS sentiment was stamped and colored with glaze pens to add a little more color.
I'll share this with the Snippets Playground #474 since it was entirely made from snippets
Also sharing with the Butterfly Challenge #192
I used 5 of the six colors to choose from,
included borders, birthday wishes, and of course added 3 butterflies.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope your day is a good one.

Great use of your snippets Carol, the black dots really draw the eyes to the flowers which have a nice hint of Spring days.

A very pretty pail of flowers from your snippets. I have that butterfly die and do use it when I remember even though I have to get out my old hand cranked die cutting machine to use it 🙄
ReplyDeleteOh happy spring with this card! It is charming and those tiny flowers are adorable.
ReplyDeleteGreat way to use those snippets, gorgeous card. Hugs, Valerie

How lovely pail filled with lots of tiny flowers and branches, and that cute bow too! You have had a great idea for using snippets! Love the colourful sentiment! The butterflies are darling, I think to have had some of them, sent to me by a lovely crafty friend time ago and already used onto some cards. The sweet colours of the patterned panels make me think to Spring. Here today has been a hot day, so strange in February! The trees already have buds and flowers and bees are working, but it seems that tomorrow will be cold and raining. We will see.
ReplyDeleteSending BIG hugs across the miles!!
