I recently had to treat myself to this cute set of stamps and dies from Lawn Fawn so I made a card using some of their fun flannel plaid designer paper to make this card.
I stamped and die-cut the images, coloring them with Copics and adding some wink of stella to the cheese just for fun. I added the plaid strips to a piece of kraft cardstock and added everything to an ivory card base. I thought those mice were just too cute to pass up so I added the set to my stash.
I'm adding this card to the following challenges:
The Paper Players PP665 - Let's Give Thanks
the Allsorts Challenge Week #753 - The Great Outdoors or A/G
the Paper Funday November Challenge #59 - A/G with optional twist
Grateful/Thankful/Thank you
Thanks as always for stopping by and make it a great week!
Carol

ReplyDeleteA super cute card. Those images are adorable. Love the mix of papers, too.
ReplyDeleteHow cute are they in their pilgrim hat and bonnet. Wish we could serve cheese and not do all that cooking on Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteIt's a very cute card with those little animals Carol, nice design with the plaids as well.

ReplyDeleteHello, dear Carol! Your Thanksgiving card is adorable! What a great sketch to use up scraps - the plaids coordinate beautifully! Those little mice are adorable, as long as they are not in our basement LOL. This is the time of year they like to come inside but none so far! Wishing you a wonderful day, my friend!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card, love the new stamps. Today I was in town and a pair of shoes really jumped at me and begged me to take them home, so I simply had to buy them! Hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteGreat card Carol, the plaid background strips make a great background for the cute little mice. xx
ReplyDeleteAwww... I can see why you had to buy this set, it's SO cute and fun with their hats! The cheese in the middle of them and the tiny hearts make the scene just adorable and yes, we all have to give thanks for our food! Love so much the papers choice and the sketch you follow. A fabulous card!
