Halloween has arrived and I have a card in keeping with that theme. I found this stamped image in my stash and colored it with fluorescent Copics and put it on a purple mat that was created with a retired SU! corner punch to make it look like a little frame. I found the pre-stamped sentiment and added some doodling around the edges with a black marker. I used 2 pieces of retired SU! dsp and added a strip of white that I colored with the orange Copic to match the witch's dress. The little boo tag was done with a retired SU! punch and stamp and even though it's upside down I still used it. LOL
Wishing you all a happy and fun Halloween with lots of yummy treats!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
Carol
She's a fun witch and cooking up something for Halloween. Unfortunately, her hair looks a lot like mine some days!
ReplyDeleteAnother fun Halloween make Carol and crafting is definitely a constant learning curve as I'd never heard of florescent Copics - there again I'm not a colourist so just might have gone right over my head!

I love how you've colored up your witch here Carol! She looks like she's brewing something fun for Halloween!! I forgot about that punch, but that is such a cool frame it makes! Really fun card! Happy Halloween!
ReplyDeleteLove the fun card, Carol.
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween!
How fun!!! Cool image and your coloring is spot on, Carol! Happy Halloween to you! :)
ReplyDeleteSorry I'm late Carol, hope you have had a funny Halloween and that all were amazed by your beautiful and yummy treats! ;)
ReplyDeleteThis card is SO fun! Love your colouring and how you have been clever to paint a white scrap to the same orange of the witch's dress. The BOO upside down is fun and perfect! Love the corners as this was a photography! LOL
Hugs, have a lovely day! Here we celebrate All Saints Day.
What a fun card, love your colouring and design Carol.

Super fun image and great colors you used for it. The pot of brew I would have used green and yellow but I really love how you used purple and pink....now I need to rethink my colors because I love the purple and pink.
