I made this card with an older Technique Tuesday stamp set that hasn't seen ink in quite a few years! I stamped the image and colored it with Copics, adding black Nuvo drops to the center of the flower as well as around the sentiment. The green dots in the background were done with a Heidi Swapp stencil and the birthday sentiment was cut with GinaMarieDesigns dies. A few layers of color and I called this one done. I used the smaller stamp in the set to decorate the envelope which you can see in the lower left corner.
I'd like to enter this into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge which is "Bright and Cheerful."

Gorgeous big bold happy bloom, yellow is the perfect colour to make even a gloomy day shine bright and make someone happy. Nice to add the black Nuevo drops and you've made them so precise... I spy a pretty envelope too, awesome x
