Hello everyone - thanks for stopping by!
I'm just posting pictures of the puzzles I've been working on for the past several days. For the time being, I simply can't seem to push myself into making cards. I finished these 2 puzzles and am now working on a 1000 piece puzzle which will take me considerably more time than these smaller ones did!
We're OK, and doing well, so I'm just letting you know I'm busy elsewhere and taking a little break from blogging to distract myself from the outside world.
I hope you are all well and feeling good too! Take care and I'll be back again real soon :)
Carol

BOTH are outstanding. I love the hummers but then again, the horse one is beautiful too! Those look like fun. We've started one more here and then Kimberly just HAD to order a Harry Potter one the other day.
ReplyDeleteHave fun!

Hey you, I can't blame you for taking a break... the outside world has gone ridiculous beyond belief, well it has here. I'm hankering so badly to see normality, I miss my parents dreadfully and yearn to see life exist beyond confinement. Take care of yourself and I hope your break isn't for too long and enjoy those puzzles... I may indulge in a jigsaw myself :) x
ReplyDeleteBeautiful puzzles you have there.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful puzzles! We are working on one that is taking quite awhile. I think we should have started with an easier one, lol! Take care, stay safe!!
ReplyDeleteOMGosh, I love them, Carol! Puzzles are so fun and they are quite addicting! Those 1000 piece ones are tough! They are a huge help when it comes to taking your mind off other things! Please keep sharing your puzzles!
ReplyDeleteIf I get to start another one I will definitely share on my blog! Take care and enjoy! :)
This is a lovely post with the two puzzles, great colours and brilliant idea to pass the dreary days away.x
ReplyDeleteTwo beautiful puzzles, they look quite difficult - lots of similar colours.

I bet these got you concentrating, beautiful puzzles Carol. Good you're keeping yourself amused. Card making can come in it's own time.
ReplyDeleteKeep safe and well

Wow, great job with these. All those pieces of the same color make me crazy. Love them both and the horse is magnificent.
ReplyDeleteBoth of these puzzles look so pretty! Fabulous and so satisfying to finish I'm sure! I understand what you mean about stepping back for a bit. Sometimes it's just needed. Glad to hear that you are doing well my friend! Take care and enjoy your puzzle time! :)
ReplyDeleteWow, beautiful puzzles!!! Those hummers are so pretty-been watching my little hummers coming around again. And that horse is just stunning, they are such beautiful creatures aren't they?!! I love doing puzzles, but with these dogs, there wouldn't be any pieces left. lol I have several puzzles I'd like to work on though. One day maybe...Hugs, Brenda
ReplyDeleteBoth are lovely Nice to keep busy .........Lis
ReplyDeleteFabulous puzzles, I like hummingbirds and horses, neither puzzle looks simple, we've done on puzzle so far, I need to get another one out. I get what you mean about card making, my creativity is just not there, thank goodness for challenges to inspire me.
ReplyDeleteI have puzzles here that keep calling my name, too, Carol, so I don't blame you! These two puzzles are beautiful photos, especially that sweet hummer one! Your 1000 piece one will keep you busy. Please keep taking photos of the puzzles and checking in with us so we know you two are all right! Take care and continue to keep safe! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteI love puzzles! Oddly enough I haven't made many during this stay at home time. Many years ago hubby commented on all my "little old lady" hobbies: puzzle building, rubber stamping, petting cats, and reading. He wondered what I would actually do when I was old. I said more of the same, but maybe I'll start bar hopping. We'll see! I may be older but I'm not old yet.
ReplyDeleteThese look great. I think a lot of people have been busy with jigsaw puzzles in these difficult times. They are very addictive and good for distraction.
ReplyDeleteI hope your card mojo will come flowing back in the not to distant future.
Take care and stay well.
Hugs, Sarn xxx
Doing more puzzles my friend....big hugs and thanks for comments.x
ReplyDeleteLove both of the puzzles. It is a good time to work puzzles. I was wishing that I had some in my closet to work. Since I didn't, I started reading books again. Definitely need something to keep ourselves distracted from the everything going on. Happy to hear you are well. Take care.
ReplyDeleteTwo more great puzzles! I especially like the first one! While you are doing puzzle...I'm been reading.
