Autumn Birthday



I put this card together earlier this fall by using elements that were pre-made and never used. The beautiful frame (by Mama Elephant) was given to me by a generous blogging friend and I put a piece of black card stock behind it that had an oval cut from the center. I put a piece of water colored Yupo paper behind that and placed the stem from the Spellbinders die-cut element between the panels. I like the yellow and gold combination of colors between all the elements, especially the glittered gold stem. I found the birthday sentiment that was stamped previously and attached it and added a few random black gemstones for interest.

    Sometime quick cards are the best! :D Love the sparkling stem on the black oval and the yupo background, it is just a catch-eyes! That frame looks so pretty too, it finished very well the design!
