Wedding Card

I was recently asked to create some wedding cards, and this is one design of 3 that I made. I started with a piece of white cardstock that was embossed with a SU! Falling Petals embossing folder, and die-cut a circle in the center. I used a SB scalloped circle and regular circle die to cut the frame and inserted a panel of vellum dsp into the center. The lovebirds were made with a SU! bird punch, and the wings were embossed with a SU! square lattice ef, and I added tiny black gemstones for eyes. I die-cut 2 stems with an older Sizzlits Little Leaves die, and covered them with frosted lace stickles for a little sparkle. The sentiment is from the SU! Beautiful Bouquet set and was heat-embossed with silver EP and popped up on foam tape. I added 2 Hero Arts red heart-shaped gemstones to the top. The inside reads "May you grow a beautiful life together - Happy Wedding Day!" - Also from the SU! Beautiful Bouquet stamp set.

I'm entering this into the following challenges:

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great week ahead!

  10. Love this pretty design, and the WoW is elegant for a wedding too. The embossing details added SO much texture, and the sparkle of the twin red hearts, just the right thing to add for a tiny bit of color & sparkle. So very pretty. TFS & Hugs
