Birthday Medallion

A dear friend of mine made and sent me this gorgeous crocheted medallion and I based the entire card around it. I die-cut several SB circles and scalloped circles to mat inside the medallion, adding a die-cut digital birthday sentiment I had on my computer with no name attached for credit. I found a piece of unknown pastel pink striped dsp and used that for the background as well as the largest circle die. I used a Cheery Lynn flourish die and cut it in white, adding some pink punched flowers done with a retired SU! mini punch. For the final touch, I added some clear gemstones to the flower centers and all around the sentiment circle for a little sparkle.

I'm sharing this with the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge which is to use patterned paper.

Dies R Us challenge #75 which is "celebrations."

Thanks for the visit and I hope you found something inspiring while you were here.  Go have yourself a fantastic day now :)
