A Colorful Day


Just a fun card to share with you today using bits of MFT dsp. I cut 1" squares and glued them to a card stock panel, then embossed it all with a CB decorative tiles ef. I stamped the Inky Antics image, and colored the cat and dog with odd colors to go with the theme of having a colorful day. The SNSS sentiment was heat-embossed with white ep on black and fussy cut.

I was going to enter this into the Snippets playground but the gates have already closed, so I missed the party.........

    Another stunning embossed patchwork! You always inspired me with this technique but I haven't had yet time to try it :(

    I love how you create these colorful backgrounds then use and embossing folder to get it texture! Another super cute card, Carol! Love it and the sentiment! TFS and hope you enjoying this nice day before the heatwave starts tomorrow! Hugs~

    Brilliant card, Carol, the patchwork with the embossing is so effective. Cute image, great sentiment and a super way of using snippets.

    The gates have just opened again in the Playground, so I hope you link up your card for this fortnight. I know Di is quite flexible if you don't quite make it before the gates close. xx
