Plaid Mosaic
I had a few strips of some beautiful Lawn Fawn plaid dsp lying on my table after making some projects and hated to throw them away since they're so pretty! I snipped them into random sizes and shapes and created a mosaic background for this Penny Black image. I ran a piece of cardstock through my Zyron to coat it with adhesive, then randomly placed the snippets on - leaving gaps between pieces, and then covered the whole piece with silver ep and heat-embossed it. Some turquoise cardstock, a GinaMarieDesigns stitched square die, a snippet of lime green satin ribbon and a SNSS sentiment finished this fun little card.
I'm sharing this with the Snippets Playground weeks #283 & 284 since I used all those snippets to create the background :)
Have a great Sunday and thanks for stopping by!
Carol
