Fun Cow :)

I love this silly little Penny Black image and used it to make a card for the Little Red Wagon challenge #382 - which is "down on the farm" - use a farm animal. You surely won't ever see a farm animal like this in any field, but it sure gives me a good giggle every time I see her :) I colored the image with Copics, and used a couple snippets of diagonal cut dsp, running a black strip down the center, placing it all on an orange card base. The sentiment is from a Darcie's Heart & Home JCS231 stamp set, heat embossed with white ep on black, and seemed to go perfectly well with this image :)

Thanks for stopping by and make it a great day, whatever you're doing!

  13. Well this card just makes me smile from ear to ear Carol! What an adorable card!!! I am in love with the cow, she is just too cute!! I'm sure our steers felt the same way as she did when Bret's friend didn't know to shut the gate and all our steers got out! Not fun!! lol Not sure how you not know to shut a gate, but he didn't. This card is sure to brighten someone's day for sure! Love, it!!! Hugs, Brenda

  14. Bwahaha! I love this, Carol! I have that silly old alcoholic cow and now I MUST have that sediment which I've never seen before! They go beautifully together!! Do you have a stamp number on that stamp? I went to the IA website and can't find it. Maybe it's discontinued? Hugs, Darnell

  15. Your card really touched my heart Carol. I have not been visiting around blogland as much this past year as I was always rushing 5 hours away to Mum's and never seemed to catch my breath to have fun.
I think we all at times need to heed this sentiment as it is really what we need to do sometimes.
I am determined to do just that a few times this year!
