EEEEK!!

This cat has plenty to be scared of, but a little mouse? LOL I used a Tim Holtz crazy cat for this, stamping him on a piece of kraft cardstock that was die-cut with a Gina Marie Designs stitched oval. I placed the panel on an embossed background done with mustard cardstock and a SU! ef. I colored the cat with Copics, adding fluorescent orange eyes. The little mouse is a diecut from Gina Marie Designs, while the spider is from a Memory Box die, and the ghost (colored with a fluorescent Copic) is from an Impression Obsession die. I added some tiny eyes to the spider with punched cardstock and dotted the eyes with a fine black marker.

It's also heading to the Snippets Playground #250 - where it's always anything goes but you must use snippets.

  1. By now you know how I feel about Halloween cards and this one is just as fantastic as the other ones you have created, Carol! Love, love, love the spookiness to this card but I also get a giggle out of the look on the cat's face with seeing the mouse! LOL Yes, I think i'd be more scared of the ghost & creepy spider than that little mouse! Haha! Loving that spider web embossed panel too! Perfect Halloween card!! TFS and hope you have a wonderful Sunday! Hugs~

  4. That spider totally looks like something to be reckoned with. That cat's look after seeing the mouse though... reminds me of my cats when the hamster got out. They were all scrambling around scared they'd be blamed somehow and terrified of this furry creature wandering around.

Thanks for reminding me to break out the crazy cats for a H'ween card or two.
