Distress Ink Background

I used Twisted Citron distress ink to create this background over some white-embossed Hero Arts floral images. The sentiment panel was heat-embossed with white on a strip of black cardstock that was cut with a diagonal stitched die. I knew as soon as I saw the result that my Versamark ink pad needed re-inking because it didn't look as sharp as I hoped it would.

I'm sharing this over at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge which is
"Fabulous Florals" and they're featuring Hero Arts products.

Thanks for stopping by and make it a great Thursday :)
