Note to Self

I bought a pack of mini composition books for a great price and decorated them to give as gifts. I kept one for myself and keep it in the car. I used papers from the K& Co Floral dreams paper pad, and added a piece of matching ribbon from my stash. The sentiment panel was done with Crealies Text Tags and the sentiment itself is from PTI. I added a tiny bow made of divine twine from Pizzazz Aplenty along with 2 pearls, and called this little notebook done.

I'm sharing this over at the Little Red Wagon challenge #340, which is "anything but a card."

Thanks for checking in today and go have yourself a fabulous day!

  10. Since this is something I would never attempt, I'm awed by the look you've created using the fantastic buy. Love the color, the texture on the papers, and I especially love the sentiment for this particular project! (I'd write in it, and then forget to check it!). Pretty frames around that sentiment too. Very well done, and Kudos to you. (and yes I think you'll like trying the video. Gray is not a fav color of mine, but it sure looks classy the way Svitlana used it. Also got some good info I needed with the way she inked and embossed a few images, then moved on. Easier to see placement that way, rather than my usual way!) TFS & Hugs.

  15. Love the colors of this! I too, have been tempted by those mini composition books on sale in the past. Maybe that's why I'm not allowed anywhere retail anymore.
