Pumpkin Patch


There's an ongoing challenge for October over at Deedee's Digis blog, and I've used an image and sentiment from the featured stamp set this month called "Pumpkin Patch." I used one of the pre-colored images and made a very simple design. I used some Pear Pizzazz green cardstock for the background, adding a piece of black & white polka dot dsp and some orange and white gingham ribbon. The background was embossed with a Darice ef that has beautiful leaves for autumn. If you play along with us, you'll earn a free digi stamp set for November.     Oh I could get a lot of pumpkin seeds from this patch. Love that Darice Folder and it fits perfect with this image. I love the gingham bow and strip of ribbon. The black and white paper really makes everything stand out nicely. Enjoy your day.

    A lovely happy looking autumnal card. The little scarecrow is real cute and I love the embossed leaves panel.The black and orange embellishments and lovely sentiment all co-ordinate perfectly.

    This is one adorable digi set! I have yet to make the 1st fall or Halloween card so I'm really liking this one. The delightful digi looks perfect on the pear pizzazz with the black polka dot mats. And I love the orange gingham..just right for the well dressed scarecrow! TFS & Hugs
