Lavender and Green Mosaic

I've been going through my stash of pre-made elements and trying to use my stash before I become a first-class hoarder! I found this mosaic background top note die-cut, along with the SB light green die-cut frame and decided to use them together for a card. I die cut a couple butterflies in vanilla and light green dsp and layered them together with several lavender gemstones. I added the SU! tiny tag with some green & white twine for the finishing touch.

I'll enter this one over at the Wednesday Butterfly challenge #34 which is "G is for gems."

I'll also be taking this over to the Snippets Playground #185 after using all of those dsp snippets on the mosaic background.

Thanks for taking time to stop by and make it a great week ahead!

Carol

  10. That mosaic background is awesome. I was thinking about you and your stash of images. Did you finish them off? Or get tired of them? I see you are on pre-made elements now so you have obviously moved on.

  13. Hello
Want to drop a note to thank you for your sweet comments. They mean a lot to me that you have taken the time to stop by. I have not been on the computer much. As I am caregiving for a dear friend who had Stage 4 Lung Cancer. Every day her fragile body is deteriorating. I have not ever seen someone dying right in front of me. All I can do is just keep her comfortable, encourage her and trust the Lord to be her comfort and joy. So please do not be dismayed, when I am unable to stop by your blogs and leave some love.
Your project/card is amazing and look forward to stopping by when I can. Have a wonderful day and even better week.
    In His Joy
