Butterfly with Burlap

With spring just around the corner, I thought I'd make a card with a butterfly. I die-cut the Memory Box Darla and Vivienne butterfly and colored the solid panel with Spectrum Noir Aqua markers, then cut the overlay piece from island indigo blue. I punched lots of tiny flowers with a SU! itty bitty punch, adding gemstones to the centers and butterfly. The flourish is from Cheery Lynn, and the purple burlap was a find from my LSS. I had a vision that purple and teal would look good together, but now I'm not so sure! LOL.

I'm taking this over to the Mod Squad challenge which is to make a butterfly the focal point of your card.

Happy Thursday everyone - thanks for stopping by!
