My friend Mary Anne loaned me a cute stamp set from Clear Dollar Stamps to make Valentine's for next year. Among those in the set was this cute wagon. It comes with a pile of hearts to put in the wagon, but I opted to put this cute little Art Impressions dog in the back instead! The sentiment is from a G studio $1 stamp set I've had for eons and it just seemed perfect for the expression on this chihuahua's face :)
I colored the image with Copics, added some PTI red bitty box dsp and PTI enchanted evening cs. The die is from SNSS and the ribbons are from PTI and Pizzazz Aplenty. The yellow stars were cut from snippets of cardstock in my bin. I had a few stars left over, so I randomly stuck them on the card to fill in the white spaces.

Carol, I haven't made any of my rounds for commenting this morning but HAD to stop and tell you this is the cutest thing EVER!! The little chihuahua is precious of course, the the entire card is so well done and just sensational! Love the design - and yes, I WILL be CASEing that one for sure - and all the stars and of course that wonderful sentiment! Precious!

Your card is adorable! I love the details and the cute image. However,it is a fine line for our challenge theme and I'm going to have to ask our designers if they think a wagon qualifies for a buggy. I know that horses pull wagons and buggies so we may have to research it a bit as I don't want others to become confused. I hope you understand. Again, I do love your card and appreciate you sharing it with us at Cards in Envy.
