Happy Easter

Happy Easter to everyone! I stamped this bunny at a stamp meet a year ago and finally used it to make an Easter card! I've always regretted not buying this SU! bunny when it was available, so I guess I've been hoarding the stamped images all this time :) I used Blushing Bride and Vanilla cardstocks with a snippet of green for the grass - which was done with a SNSS die. I added some twine from Whisker Graphics and called this one done!

Happy Easter everyone, and thanks for stopping by!

  1. Wow, this is an extra special card and I love it. I'm sorry I, too, never pick up that stamp. This chocolate bunny with the Blushing Bride color is very pretty. Hope you are having a good day.

  2. Sure do love this bunny card. I so wish I would have bought it also. I have 6 stamped images, and I did not make a single card with them. LOL! Talk about saving them for a rainy day! Happy Easter, my friend. I will probably not get lots posted this week, but I will be around .

  7. I'm with you, Carol, I made a card in stamp class a few years ago using that bunny image, and I wish I had purchased the stamp too. I'm been hoarding the card, I like it so much. I guess I should have sent it to someone to enjoy this year. (I actually forgot about it till now) Your card is very pretty1 I hope you and your family have a very special Easter, I know I will, considering the GOOD news I received this week, (I know that you KNOW what I am referring to...Many Blessings, to you, Jill

  8. Beautiful Easter card, Carol! The texture of the bunny looks just like the solid chocolate bunnies I buy for Easter, not sure if it's supposed to but it does (good enough to eat, ha ha!) Thanks for the healing wishes, and I hope you have a wonderful, blessed Easter!

  9. Loving these colors Carol and that cute chocolate bunny! I do wished that I had picked up that bunny, but I didn't either, and that's the way it goes. Beautiful Easter card for sure! Hugs

  10. Aw, he's just cute, makes me want to take a bite out of his ear. I don't have this SU image either, and I committed the same sin with the stocking pun & stamp (well, with a couple other SU things too). So once recognizing this mistake, I'm on the lookout to make it up, but didn't find the stocking stamp at the garage sale. That was one I was looking around to purchase. TFS & Hugs
