One For the Kids

I made this card for the OWH midweek throwdown - which is to make cards for kids. I also used OWH sketch challenge #158. The pre-colored digi image was given to me, and I'm sorry but I have no idea who made it. I used papers that were from an unmarked pack - also given to me as well. They're all in shades of pink and green and I love the soft, subtle patterns - just perfect for a little girl's tea party! The sentiment was stamped with early espresso, and I added a card stock button done with a MS button punch, and tied some pink twine into a tiny bow. The border was done with a MS doily punch.

We're bracing for another snowstorm tomorrow, but New England is really going to get hammered, so to all my friends north of PA, stay safe and keep warm!

Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous Thursday!

Carol

Another snowstorm? Yep, I think some folks are in for some HUGE snows this weekend. Take care and stay warm.

  3. Oh so sweet. I love the delicate feel of this card. Some little girl will treasure this one for sure. I hope you don't get too much snow tomorrow. They are calling for a full blown blizzard here, 16 - 24+ inches of snow. I won't see Jack for days. Stay safe.
