You're Amazing!

I made this card for Heidi, the owner of Simon Says Stamp as a thank-you card, and hopefully she's received it by now. I won this exclusive SSS stamp set and pinpoint die you see here, and I wanted to thank her for her incredible generosity! As usual, I went to work adding different colored bits from the die cut. It's not difficult to do and I personally find that to be a relaxing technique. I also added a SNSS scalloped star border, and some ribbon from Pizzazz Aplenty. I masked the sentiment and layered that with some retired just-rite stamps on the circles, adding some silver ep to the larger circle. The background was embossed with white using a stamp from the set, and for the final touch I added some silver candi dots.

I hope she liked the card, because I sure like the fabulous products she sent to me! Thanks Heidi, you really are amazing :)

Have a great weekend everyone, and thanks for stopping by :)

  5. Wow Carol, so much work adding all those little cut pieces - I'm naughty and just sweep mine into the waste paper bin with a few swipes of the hand :(

AND, your darling card arrived yesterday (complete with snippets) - thank you so much!

    Hugs, Di xx

  6. No doubt she loves this card. What a gorgeous way to say thank you. You are the queen of doing those little bits from the die cut. They always look great.
