Perfect Sentiments PSC43

I have the honor of being asked to guest design for The Perfect Sentiments challenge for the month of August :) The challenge theme for this week's PSC43 is to make a card with a "friendship" sentiment. The twist is to use girly embellishments like pearls, lace, bling, flowers, etc. The PS challenges require the sentiment to be on the front of the card.

Since Meljens Designs is our sponsor this week, I've been provided with this adorable digi image called "A Girl and her Kitty" for my card. I colored it with Copics and die cut it with a SB labels eighteen. I sponged the edges with Ranger tumbled glass ink, and matted it with a Sizzix Top Note die cut that was embossed with a CB spots ef. I added a piece of unknown dsp from my scrap bin, and added some PTI berry sorbet punched flowers and twill ribbon. If you click the photo, you'll see the tiny pink gemstones and pearls I added. The sentiment was computer generated and hand-cut. Flowers were done with a Fiskars, Punch-a-bunch, and SU 3 blossom punches with mini brads in the centers.
