Two challenges

There's a tic-tac-toe challenge running for the month of March over on the Stars & Stamps blog, being sponsored by OurDailyBreadDesigns. They'll be making a shipping donation to OWH based upon the number of cards linked up to this challenge, so I hope you'll make some time to come play along. You can find the specifics (and tic-tac-toe board) right here. I chose a straight line right across the middle to make a card with a digi image, layers, and embossing. The pre-colored digi is from the Paper Shelter and the embossing was done with a Sizzix embossing folder (curlique & hearts) and the sentiment was done with an Inkadinkado stamper and hand-cut. Quick and easy and a perfect card for OWH!
Next up is an Easter card I made for the Shop our Stash challenge 42 to use embossing. This is a digi image from the Stamp Fairy.com and it might be retired, because I couldn't find a link for it on their website. I colored it with Copics, cut it using the SB labels 18 die, edging the inside with a silver paint pen before cutting. The mat was traced around the outside of the die with a silver paint pen on blue card stock and then cut out by hand. I added the sentiment using 2 tiny tags. The bunny tail has a smidgen of liquid applique just for fun. The embossing was done with a Sizzix snowcap ef. This card will be going to my DGD for Easter.
That wraps things up for me today, but thanks for stopping by and make it a great day!
