My Son's Birthday Card

Saturday was my son's birthday and here's the card I made for him. I used some cherry cobbler, early espresso and some Paper Co dark blue for the panels, embossing them with the herringbone, woodgrain and diamond plate embossing folders. The star was cut with a Sizzix die, and run through a paper crimper and then sponged with Vintage Photo ink. The sentiment was done with a HA greeting and the word "son" was done with wooden alphabet stamps and finished with a ticket punch from EK. The copper cording is by SU! and I added a mini brass brad accent just for fun.
